Monthly
Maintenance for your pool is from the water line down. Monthly maintenance includes a weekly visit on a designated day that shall not exceed 30 minutes. Any additional time spent for storm damage, etc. will be billed in addition to quoted price.
The following is included in your weekly visits:

Skimming

Brushing Pool/ Spa

Emptying Skimmers, Cleaner Bag, and Pump Baskets

Checking of Pool Equipment

Chemical Balancing

Full water analysis once a week

Backwashing filter (as needed)

Vacuuming (as needed)
Cost of repairs, filter cleans, salt cell cleans, and black algaecide treatments are additional.
